Cullinan Links Golf Club Belek: An Honest Insider’s Guide
I’ve played Cullinan Links more times than I can count. I’ve also played it with the course director, Şehmuş Işık — a former Turkish national team player. So when I talk about this place, it isn’t from a brochure. It’s from the tee box.
If you’re planning a golf holiday in Belek, this is one of the courses you need to know. Here’s the full story. The history, the holes, the packages, the honest pros and cons.
From Tat Beach to Cullinan Links: A Quick History
The story starts in 2015. Titanic Hotels (owned by the Aygün Group) bought the old Tat Beach Golf Club. It was their first course. Today the group runs 13 hotels.
The first move was a name change. Tat Beach became Titanic Golf Club. Then came a clubhouse renovation. Then the landscaping. Then aggressive golf packages tied to Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek.
The course quickly became one of the best-selling golf clubs in the region.
In June 2022, things changed again. Titanic opened a brand-new luxury hotel right next to the course — Cullinan Belek. The course was rebranded one more time, this time as Cullinan Links Golf Belek.
If you played the old Tat Beach, forget everything you know. The new Cullinan Links is unrecognisable.
What Changed in 2022
A lot. The course went from 27 holes to 36 — two full 18-hole layouts. They were named Olympos and Aspendos.
The clubhouse was rebuilt from scratch. To my mind, it’s now the best clubhouse in Belek. No competition.
Floodlights came next. First on the back nine of Aspendos. Then in late 2025, Titanic extended floodlights across all 18 holes of Aspendos. Night golf is now a proper option here.
The Clubhouse: Yes, It’s Genuinely All-Inclusive
This is the part most golfers don’t believe at first. The clubhouse runs on a full all-inclusive basis.
You don’t need to walk back to your hotel for lunch. You don’t need to swipe a card. Turn up, eat, drink, repeat.
The menu surprised me the first time. It isn’t the usual sad sandwich selection. You get:
- Fresh salads
- A full breakfast spread
- Toasties and pasta
- Sirloin steak — locally called the ‘lokum’ cut. Genuinely excellent.
- Austrian-style schnitzel if you prefer chicken
- House-made tiramisu. Do try it.
Food runs all day. Before your round, after your round, between nines — your choice.
Practice Area and Driving Range
The double-deck range is excellent. Tidy, well-kept, professionally run.
The pitching and chipping areas are immaculate. That isn’t luck. Director Şehmuş is a perfectionist about practice surfaces. He also pushed hard for the expansion to 36 holes.
There’s a separate golf academy on site too, run independently of the hotel. Useful if you’d like a few lessons before your holiday properly gets going.
Olympos Golf Course: The Showpiece
Olympos is the longer of the two courses. The sea views are unreal.
Here are the holes worth knowing about.
Hole 1 — Par 3, 153 yards from yellow (167 yards black, 131 yards blue) A gentle opener to settle first-tee nerves. Sea on your left. The breeze can move the ball more than you’d expect.
Hole 3 — Par 5, 492 yards from yellow Right on the coast. You’re hitting along the sea the whole way. One of the most photographed holes in Belek.
Hole 4 — The toughest hole I’ve played here The tee box is built over the river that runs past Titanic Deluxe. You literally tee off above the water.
It used to play as a par 4. The new tee box pushed it to a par 5.
The fairway is narrow. Pull it left, you’re in the river. Push it right, you’re on the 5th fairway. And even if you find the 5th, there’s a small footpath running between the two fairways — fenced off, with shrubs. Getting back to the 4th green from there is brutal.
Hole 16 — The view hole Downhill tee shot. River on the right. Belek skyline on the left. Sea ahead. Taurus Mountains framing the back.
There’s water cutting across the fairway too. So you can lose your ball right (the river) or short (the cross-water). Around 448 yards par 5 from the yellow tees. You’ll want to be on top form.
Aspendos Golf Course: Shorter, but Don’t Underestimate It
Aspendos is shorter than Olympos. It’s also more technical. I score better here, and I prefer it.
Hole 2 — Par 5 Water in front of the tee. Carry the hazard, then you face a green ringed with bunkers. A proper risk-reward hole.
Hole 4 — Par 3, around 142 yards Pure target golf. My favourite kind.
Hole 9 — Looks easy. Isn’t. Water in play off the tee. Lay up short and you’re fine. Take driver and you’ll either flush it through the fairway into the trees, or find the water. There’s a perfect line. Find it.
Hole 16 — Again, the view Same panorama as Olympos 16. Taurus Mountains, Belek skyline, sea. Par 4, around 416 yards from yellow. Water threatens twice — along the right and across the fairway.
Cullinan Links Golf Packages: What’s Included
The course runs joint packages with both Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek and Cullinan Belek.
Packages start at 7 nights and 1 round and scale up to 7 nights and 4 rounds.
What you actually get:
- Hotel and golf booked together. No separate organising.
- Full all-inclusive at the clubhouse
- Buggy included. No walking required, no extra fee.
- Two different layouts to play (Olympos and Aspendos)
- Stay at Cullinan Belek (5-star deluxe) or Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek
The Honest Cons
I won’t pretend this place is perfect.
The clubhouse gets busy. The view is stunning. So is the queue at peak times.
It isn’t a course for slow players. Tee sheets run at 300 to 350 golfers a day. Pace matters.
It’s more expensive than most Belek packages. You’re paying for the setup, the hotels, the all-inclusive clubhouse. You get what you pay for, but it isn’t cheap.
You need to book well in advance. Last-minute tee times in peak season? Almost impossible.
